GRAHA Season Registration

1. Register with USA Hockey All players must register every year to obtain a new USA Hockey number.

2. Register your player with GRAHA. Please make sure you have your new USA Hockey # handy as this is required when registering for GRAHA.

NEW PLAYERS ONLY will need to upload their birth certificate in order to complete registration.

There are also 3 DocuSign forms that need to be electronically signed & submitted in order to complete registration:

Player Code of Conduct, Parent Code of Conduct, DIBS Acknowledgement

3. Attend one of the Registration Nights at Yanmar Arena to submit your DIBS check and obtain your cash raffle tickets:

Monday, September 14th; 5pm-7pm OR Wednesday, September 16th; 5pm-7pm

These are the ONLY dates that tickets are available to pick-up. If tickets are not picked-up during this time, your tickets will be forfeited.

Prefer to pay by check to avoid the credit card service fee? You can now use your checking account information online with ZERO fee!

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available. 

Please complete the form below. Directions on where to turn in the paperwork are on the form. This form is similar to the free and reduced lunch program of ISD 318 and follows its income guidelines.

NEW Beginner/6U players are eligible for head to skate equipment. Players will be sized and ordered on In-Person Registration Night, 

September 14th or September 16th; 5pm-7pm

DIBS Deposit of $450 per player will be required for 10U, 12U, 15U, Squirt, Peewee, and Bantam players.  

DIBS Deposit of $200 per player will be required for 6U, 8U, Minis and Mites.

Checks will be collected at the In Person Registration Nights and will be shredded following fulfillment of 6 volunteer shifts per player 10U, Squirt, 12U, Peewee, 15U & Bantam, and 4 volunteer shifts per player 6U, 8U, Minis and Mites, OR deposited in lieu of fulfillment of volunteer responsibilities.

All DIBS are combined, meaning concessions & tournaments are not separate.

A DIBS check is required for each player and cannot be combined into one check for families with more than one player. For instance, if you have a Mite and a Bantam, you will need to submit 2 separate checks: one for $200 (Mite) and one for $450 (Bantam)

Parents WILL NOT receive their cash raffle tickets if a DIBS check has not been collected, and players WILL NOT be allowed on the ice if a DIBS check has not been collected.

Mini Mite/6U: June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2023

Mite/8U: June 1, 2017 to May 31, 2019

Squirt/10U: June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2017

Peewee/12U: June 1, 2013 to May 31, 2015

Bantam/15U: June 1, 2011 to May 31, 2013
