Here are the association guidelines for the IRA Civic Center games in Grand Rapids, following the Phase 5 Return To Play Guidelines effective January 14, 2021.
All players may enter the arena no earlier than 10 minutes prior to game time and must exit no more than 10 minutes after the game.
No players in locker rooms.
Masks are required for all players and coaches including on the ice.
Skaters must arrive fully dressed except for gloves, skates, and helmet. Bags are not allowed.
Goalies can arrive half dressed and each may bring his/her equipment bag.
A maximum of two spectators per player will be allowed for games, with exceptions for parents or guardians who must bring in young children. This will be verified at the check-in table.
Parents/spectators enter at game time. Masks required.
We are a LiveBarn Venue. If you can’t make it to the rink, you can still stay connected by watching all events Live and On-Demand.
As the State of Minnesota has shut down youth sports for the next four weeks, we thought it would be helpful to provide a training guide and other resources to keep our youth athletes active while hockey is on pause. This is meant as a guide and can be adjusted as the parents and players see fit.
