Registration

2008-2009 Registration Information

Registration fees are waived for first-year players under the age of 12 (fundraising fees required).

NOTE: The format for registering has changed slightly this year. Please follow the instructions for completing the registration process.

 

Instructions:

  1. Parents of players must first register their children with USA Hockey at www.usahockey.com.
  2. Click on the register online button. Choose member type Ice Player/Coach. You must be 18 years or older.
  3. Select the 08-09 season.
  4. Follow the prompts and fill in all data CORRECTLY.  The USA Hockey fees are ($30) and Minnesota Hockey fee is ($10).
  5. Upon completion of registering with USA Hockey, you will receive a confirmation page that will contain a bar code.
    You MUST bring the confirmation bar code with you to GRAHA registration.
  6. Complete the registration form and the Consent to Treat/Medical History Form. Bring both completed forms and the confirmation bar code to the IRA Civic Center on one of the registration dates.
  7. There will be ONLY one laptop available at the Civic Center, so please process your forms ahead of time!

 Registration Dates: Tues. 9/16, Thurs. 9/18, Mon. 9/22, & Wed. 9/24 from 5-7PM
